ABOUT US
The MLS®/CLAW, also known as the Combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service, Inc., is the most reliable and most accurate source of real estate information for the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area. The MLS® owns and manages the most complete and up-to-date database of real estate listings.
The MLS®/CLAW, a corporation, is owned by 3 shareholders, the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®, the Malibu Association of REALTORS®, and Southwest Board of REALTORS®. It has been in existence for over fifteen years, and is the primary tool used by its membership of over 14,000 real estate agents/brokers, as well as by the public via TheMLS.com Guests Site. The MLS®/CLAW’s goal is to supply real estate agents as well as buyers and sellers with the resources they need to stay abreast of the dynamic Los Angeles-area real estate market.

1. To preserve a REALTOR® owned information service that serves, always the good of the brokerage community at large.
2. To continue to provide the most effective, user-friendly MLS system available to our community of agents, by constantly working toward improving and expanding our services and system, while always controlling the cost to the individual agent.
Coverage Area
The Combined L.A./Westside MLS covers most of L.A. County, including the area from Downtown to the ocean, up to Malibu, across the San Fernando & Conejo Valleys and the Burbank-Pasadena-Glendale-and-Adjacent area, and down to Palos Verdes and San Pedro.
The MLS .com GUESTS SITE
The MLS®/CLAW provides a searchable database for locating Los Angeles and adjacent area properties for sale or lease. The database allows you to search by neighborhood, price, size, and numerous other detailed criteria, which help narrow your search and locate desirable properties. Our newest feature allows you to search Open House listings by using search criteria or simply by “flipping” through a virtual copy of The MLS Weekend Open House Guide™.

The MLS Weekend Open House Guide™
The MLS Weekend Open House Guide™ is the only publication that allows brokers/agents to easily place an ad for any listing in The MLS® database. Once a listing is entered into the MLS database an ad can be placed in The MLS Weekend Open House Guide™ without re-inputting any of the listing information. All fields, including photos, are automatically “auto-populated”. The online version of The MLS Weekend Open House Guide™ can be accessed without ever having to leave your home or office.
